Nitin Nabin Urges BJP Cadre to Intensify Public Struggles, Target Telangana Victory in 2028

Hyderabad, June 30 (HS): BJP National President Nitin Nabin on Tuesday called upon party workers to take people's issues to the streets and intensify grassroots struggles, asserting that the BJP must form the government in Telangana after the 2028 Assembly elections.

Addressing the BJP State Executive Committee meeting in Hyderabad on the final day of his three-day visit to Telangana, Nabin said the party's organisational strength at the booth, village, mandal and district levels would be crucial in achieving the goal.

He said BJP workers should not only expose the failures of the Congress government in Telangana but also take the achievements of the Narendra Modi-led Central government over the past 12 years to every household.

Nabin stressed that political change in Telangana would not come from Delhi but through sustained public movements led by BJP workers across the state.

Referring to the party's electoral successes, he said the BJP had formed governments in 22 states and asserted that it was now time for the lotus to bloom in Telangana. He said the party's growth had been built on the sacrifices and dedication of its workers.

The BJP president cited the party's victories in West Bengal and Chhattisgarh as examples of how sustained grassroots efforts and organisational strength could overcome political challenges.

He said the BJP's credibility stemmed from fulfilling its promises, unlike the Congress, and urged party workers to strengthen public outreach ahead of the next Assembly elections.

Nabin concluded his three-day Telangana visit after attending a series of organisational meetings with party leaders, office-bearers, booth-level workers, students and representatives of various social groups.
