Lucknow, 24 June (HS): Uttar Pradesh Minister Om Prakash
Rajbhar responded on Wednesday to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav's jab at
Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav over recent 'land fraud' claims against him.
Rajbhar emphasized Mohan Yadav's earlier engagement in the real estate sector,
citing the Samajwadi Party's treasurer's son's involvement in the
transportation company, for which he had purchased property. He also stated
that the opposition's attack on MP CM demonstrates that they are concerned
about their own secrets being revealed. Mohan Yadav, the chief minister of
Madhya Pradesh, had worked in real estate. SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav's
treasurer's son-in-law works in transportation, and they recently purchased
some land, therefore people are concerned that their secrets may be revealed,
according to Rajbhar.
Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav has accused the
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of attempting to change the Chief Ministers of
certain states ruled by the party, claiming that allegations of mass land
acquisition by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav's family are part of a
BJP conspiracy to remove the Chief Minister from office. Akhilesh Yadav told
reporters on Tuesday that the BJP is aiming for a leadership transition in
Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, with fresh faces in the top
positions. In a parallel to Uttar Pradesh, Yadav said that CM Yogi Adityanath
similarly purchased 300 to 600 acres of land. According to Akhilesh Yadav, the
BJP has planned a defamation campaign against Mohan Yadav.
