
New Delhi, 21 June (H.S.): The primary market is set to witness significant activity during the trading week beginning Monday, June 22, with eight companies scheduled to launch their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Of these, three IPOs belong to the mainboard segment, while the remaining five are from the SME segment. In addition, bidding for four IPOs that opened for subscription last week will continue until June 22 and June 23. On the listing front, six companies—all from the SME segment—are expected to make their stock market debut this week.
On the second trading day of the week, June 23, Advait Jewels will open its ₹165.16 crore IPO for subscription. Investors can bid until June 25. The issue has been priced in the range of ₹130 to ₹138 per share, with a lot size of 100 shares. Following the closure of the issue, the company's shares are likely to be listed on the BSE and NSE on July 1.
Also opening on June 23 is the ₹585 crore IPO of Waterways Leisure Tourism. The issue will remain open for subscription until June 25. The price band has been fixed at ₹769 to ₹808 per share, while the lot size is 18 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on July 1.
On the same day, Shridhar Spinners will launch its ₹30.68 crore IPO. Investors can submit bids until June 25. The price band has been fixed at ₹51 to ₹53 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. The company's shares are likely to be listed on the NSE SME platform on July 1 after the issue closes.
Apart from these three offerings, Jeevyal Industries will also open its ₹31.99 crore IPO for subscription on June 23. Bidding will remain open until June 25. The issue has been priced at ₹196 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 1.
On June 24, CSM Technologies will launch its ₹145.78 crore IPO. The subscription window will remain open until June 29. The price band has been fixed at ₹107 to ₹113 per share, with a lot size of 132 shares. The company's shares are expected to debut on the BSE and NSE on July 2.
Also opening on June 24 is the ₹26.73 crore IPO of Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds. Investors can bid until June 29. The issue has been priced between ₹95 and ₹99 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. The shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 2.
On the same day, Shri Priyanka Geo Comex will launch its ₹94.51 crore IPO. The subscription period will remain open until June 29. The price band has been fixed at ₹207 to ₹212 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares. The company's shares are likely to be listed on the NSE SME platform on July 2.
Thereafter, on June 25, the IPO of IC Electricals will open for subscription. Investors can bid until June 30. The company has not yet announced the price band or lot size for the issue. Following the closure of the IPO, its shares are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform on July 3.
Apart from these new IPOs, investors can also bid until June 22 for the ₹30.77 crore IPO of Riyasat Lifestyle, which opened for subscription on June 18. The issue has been priced in the range of ₹102 to ₹108 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. The company's shares are likely to be listed on the BSE SME platform on June 25. So far, the IPO has been subscribed only eight per cent.
Similarly, the ₹30.24 crore IPO of Aviance Biomedicals, which also opened on June 18, will remain open for subscription until June 22. The issue carries a price band of ₹196 to ₹208 per share and a lot size of 600 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform on June 25. The IPO has so far been subscribed 43.79 times.
In addition, bids can be placed until June 23 for the ₹24 crore IPO of Anubhav Plast, which opened on June 19. The issue has been priced at ₹77 to ₹80 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on June 29. The IPO has so far been subscribed 1.21 times.
The ₹882.67 crore IPO of TurtleMint Fintech Solutions, which also opened on June 19, will remain open for subscription until June 23. The issue has been priced between ₹144 and ₹152 per share, with a lot size of 98 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on June 29. So far, the IPO has received subscriptions amounting to 46.03 per cent of the issue size.
On the listing front, Clay Craft is expected to debut on the NSE SME platform on June 24. On the same day, Leapfrog Engineering, Diksha Polymers and Lyotech Industries are likely to be listed on the BSE SME platform. Thereafter, on June 25, Riyasat Lifestyle is expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform, while Aviance Biomedicals is likely to debut on the NSE SME platform.
