Attempt to violate sanctity of Commission, immediately
handed over to police
Candidates should not use forged documents; strict legal action
will be taken against culprits.: Chairman Dr. Prashant Kumar
Lucknow, 17 June (HS): The interview for Advertisement No.
02/2022 Lecturer Cadre is being conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Education
Service Selection Commission from June 15, 2026 to June 27, 2026 in two shifts
every day. On Wednesday, during the first shift of interviews, a female
candidate for Chemistry appeared in the office and submitted an application.
The candidate claimed that she had passed the Chemistry written examination,
but her interview letter was not downloading.
Upon examining official records and the candidate's claim,
it became clear that she had not passed the written examination. She had
fraudulently entered a different roll number on the admit card issued by the
Commission for the written examination, indicating that she had passed the
Lecturer in Chemistry written examination. She had made an improper claim for
the interview.
Chairman Dr. Prashant Kumar stated that the candidate had
made a malicious attempt to compromise the Commission's confidentiality,
transparency, and integrity by submitting fabricated/falsified documents. An
FIR was registered under relevant sections against this illegal claim for an
interview, and the candidate was immediately handed over to the local police.
He clarified that candidates should never use any forged
documents or engage with any individual/institution that could compromise the
Commission's reputation. The Commission is determined to conduct the
examination/interview in a completely transparent, fair, and impartial manner.
If anyone is found involved in such undesirable and illegal activities, strict
legal action will be taken against them under the Uttar Pradesh Public
Examinations Act 2024.
