Bhubaneswar, 06 May (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi participated in the ‘Odisha Investors’ Meet Roadshow’ held in Ahmedabad, engaging in wide-ranging discussions with industry leaders across sectors, including textiles and handlooms. The information was shared by the Chief Minister’s Office.

During the visit, the Chief Minister chaired 26 one-to-one meetings with industrialists, deliberating on investment opportunities and policy support. He emphasized that the initiative is a significant step towards positioning Odisha as a main hub of industrial growth in India under the ‘Purvodaya’ vision.

The first day of the visit witnessed substantial participation from leading industrialists and business associations, reflecting growing confidence in Odisha’s evolving industrial ecosystem.

Addressing over 500 industry representatives, the Chief Minister stated that India’s economic expansion will be further strengthened with the rise of Eastern India. He highlighted that balanced development between Western and Eastern regions would ensure more inclusive growth, asserting that Odisha will play a central role in driving this transformation.
