Chandigarh, 01 May (H.S.): The Border Security Force (BSF) has revised the timing of the daily retreat ceremony held at the India-Pakistan Attari Border in Amritsar.

As per the new schedule, the retreat ceremony will now begin at 6:00 PM and continue till 6:30 PM. Earlier, the ceremony used to start at 5:30 PM and conclude at 6:00 PM.

Officials said the timing change has been made to provide a better experience for visitors and to ensure smooth security arrangements at the border. The revised schedule has come into effect from Friday, May 1.

The retreat ceremony at Attari Border remains a major attraction for tourists and visitors who gather daily to witness the ceremonial lowering of flags by India and Pakistan.
