April 8 (HS): Addressing a meeting of the Mandal Presidents and Metropolitan

Office Bearers of the BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan Area at the BJP office in

Civil Lines on Wednesday, Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta urged workers to

become active at the booth level in preparation for 2027. Discussing

organizational work, the Metropolitan President stated that on April 16th and

17th, verification of Shakti Kendra in-charges, sector coordinators, and booth

committees will be conducted for all Mandals. For this purpose, a team of

migrant workers has been formed in the Mandals, who will work in collaboration

with the Mandal President. The state and central leadership are directly

monitoring this work, so there should be no laxity in this regard. Work should

be done to develop a precise strategy at the booth level.

Regarding

the celebration of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar's birth anniversary on April

14th, the Metropolitan President stated that Baba Saheb is a center of faith

for us. On the eve of his birth anniversary, i.e., April 13th, all Mandals will

organize a cleaning and lamp lighting program at Baba Saheb's statue. The

Metropolitan unit will organize a cleanliness drive and lamp lighting program

at the Ambedkar statue site located at Allahabad High Court Square. The next

day, on April 14, on Baba Saheb's birth anniversary, a flower offering and

seminar will be organized on Baba Saheb's picture at all booths of all the

Mandals of the Metropolitan and a program of garlanding Baba Saheb's statue located

at High Court Square will be organized by the Metropolitan unit.

On

April 13, 14 and 15, a special contact campaign will be run in the hostels and

settlements of Scheduled Castes. On April 16 and 17, a conference on Baba Saheb

will be organized at the Vidhansabha level. The Metropolitan President said

that now the organization is completely in election mode and all these

campaigns and programs are being monitored directly by the High Command, hence

the workers should work with full hard work and dedication. Kunj Bihari Mishra,
