Dibrugarh, 06 April (H.S.):

Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday branded Congress anti-development and its leadership as India's most corrupt, alleging Gandhi family grabbed prime land in major cities via National Herald scam.

Addressing an election rally in Dibrugarh, Assam, PM Modi claimed Congress opposes land allocation for roads, railways, industries to shield infiltrator vote banks. Congress cries foul over land only because their infiltrator base is losing it— that's their game plan, he said, noting BJP reclaimed Kaziranga-like lands from encroachers for farmers, tribals.

PM Modi highlighted Congress campaign rhetoric against BJP-RJD land use for infrastructure as proof of opposing Assam's progress, farmers' welfare, youth jobs. Had Congress allocated land for development earlier, generations wouldn't suffer, he charged, accusing them of maligning tea garden workers' culture via AI-generated fake images.

PM Modi targeted Congress's first family as the real land ATM, facing court cases over National Herald fraud grabbing thousands of crores worth prime Delhi, Mumbai properties; Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust also accused of securing industrial land. Their so-called royal family is India's most corrupt, he asserted.
