In the domestic bullion market today, an early‑trading trend of weakness has persisted in the prices of both gold and silver. Gold has become cheaper by ₹450 to ₹490 per 10 grams, while silver, after remaining flat for two consecutive days, has slipped by up to ₹5,000 per kilogram in initial trading.

Owing to the fall in the price of spot gold in the domestic bullion market, 24‑karat gold is trading in most parts of the country between ₹1,50,430 and ₹1,52,180 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, 22‑karat gold is being quoted in the range of ₹1,37,890 to ₹1,39,490 per 10 grams.

Similar to gold, weakness in silver quotes has driven the price of this lustrous metal to ₹2,54,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market today. In the international market, spot gold has declined by 0.34 percent to settle at 4,558.99 dollars per ounce, while silver is trading at 72.99 dollars per ounce.

In Delhi today, 24‑karat gold is trading at ₹1,50,580 per 10 grams, whereas 22‑karat gold is priced at ₹1,38,040 per 10 grams. In the country’s financial capital, Mumbai, 24‑karat gold is being sold at ₹1,50,430 per 10 grams and 22‑karat gold at ₹1,37,890 per 10 grams. In Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24‑karat gold stands at ₹1,50,480 per 10 grams, with 22‑karat gold at ₹1,37,940 per 10 grams.

Beyond these major centres, in Chennai, 24‑karat gold is trading at ₹1,52,180 per 10 grams and 22‑karat gold at ₹1,39,490 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24‑karat gold is quoted at ₹1,50,430 per 10 grams and 22‑karat gold at ₹1,37,890 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, 24‑karat gold is priced at ₹1,50,480 per 10 grams, while 22‑karat gold is standing at ₹1,37,940 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24‑karat gold is being sold at ₹1,50,580 per 10 grams and 22‑karat gold at ₹1,38,040 per 10 grams. In Patna, 24‑karat gold is marked at ₹1,50,480 per 10 grams and 22‑karat gold at ₹1,37,940 per 10 grams. In the Lucknow bullion market, 24‑karat gold is trading at ₹1,50,580 per 10 grams, with 22‑karat gold at ₹1,38,040 per 10 grams.

Mirroring the trend across other states, bullion markets in Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha are also witnessing a weak tone in gold prices today. In the capitals of these three states—Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar—24‑karat gold is trading at ₹1,50,430 per 10 grams, while 22‑karat gold is quoted at ₹1,37,890 per 10 grams in each of these cities.
