Bhubaneswar, 03 April (H.S.): An Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Krushna Chandra Sethi, was injured after being struck by an ‘Ama Bus’ while cycling near Bhubaneswar Club on Friday morning.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred during his routine cycling session when the bus allegedly hit him from behind. The impact left the senior police officer injured, drawing immediate attention from passersby at the scene.

Upon receiving information, a team from the Capital Police Station reached the spot and promptly shifted the injured officer to a nearby hospital for treatment. He is currently under medical supervision, though the exact extent of his injuries has not yet been officially disclosed.
