New Delhi, 24 April (H.S.):

Vice‑President C P Radhakrishnan will visit Jaipur on Saturday to attend the 35th convocation ceremony of the University of Rajasthan. According to the Vice‑President’s Secretariat, he will be the chief guest at the convocation function, where degrees will be conferred on graduating students and distinguished academic achievers.

Later in the day, the Vice‑President is also scheduled to grace the 23rd edition of “Cancer Survivors’ Day”, organised by the Bhagwan Mahavir Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Jaipur. The event aims to honour cancer survivors, acknowledge their resilience, and highlight the importance of early detection, treatment and supportive care in the fight against the disease.
