April 16 (HS): During his visit to

Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with people and listened to their

problems during the Janta Darshan held at the Gorakhnath Temple on Thursday

morning. During this visit, a woman from Shravasti requested assistance in

treating her child suffering from a serious illness. Seeing the child

accompanying her, the Chief Minister became emotional. He asked the woman about

her Ayushman card. Upon receiving the reply, It hasn't been made,

the Chief Minister said, Don't worry, we won't let anything hinder the

child's treatment. We will get the Ayushman card made and will also provide

financial assistance from our discretionary funds. He took the woman's

application and handed it over to the officers present on the spot, instructing

them to send it to the District Magistrate of Shravasti to have the Ayushman

card made. He also instructed the District Magistrate to provide the government

with an estimate for the treatment.

During the Janta Darshan held at the Gorakhnath Temple complex, CM Yogi met

around 200 people. The Chief Minister himself reached out to the people seated

on chairs in front of Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan and listened to their

problems one by one. He listened patiently and took their applications. He gave

necessary guidelines to the officials standing nearby for resolving the

problems. For resolving the problems related to different matters, he referred

the applications to the concerned administrative and police officials and

directed that the resolution of all problems should be timely, fair and

satisfactory.

In Janta Darshan, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the officials to show

immediate sensitivity towards the problems of the public. He assured the people

who came to meet him, saying, do not panic. The government will ensure

effective action on every problem. On complaints related to crime and land

grabbing, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed the police officers to take

strict action against the criminals and land mafia. Some women had brought

their children to Janta Darshan. The Chief Minister pampered these children and

blessed them with chocolates.
