New Delhi, 12 April (H.S.):

The inaugural segment of the Navy's biannual Commanders' Conference, convened twice yearly, will unfold from 14 to 16 April at New Delhi. This paramount conclave at Navy Bhawan will encompass a holistic appraisal of the Navy's operational stance vis-à-vis safeguarding national maritime interests, capability augmentation, and synergistic alignment with security imperatives through strategic congruence.

Discourses therein aim to propel the Indian Navy as the preeminent security partner across the Indian Ocean Region and Indo-Pacific expanse. Amid West Asia's conflagrations and multinational convergences in the Indian Ocean—juxtaposed against swift naval deployments to fortify India's energy security—this summit assumes paramountcy.

Notably post-Operation 'Sindoor,' it recalibrates operational doctrines, inter-services coordination, and technology-infused response paradigms.

Engagements will feature Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, Home Secretary, and Navy's senior echelons, fostering interoperability, national stability architecture, and collective countermeasures to emergent maritime perils. Serving as a conduit for intimate national leadership interface, it delineates strategic navigational vectors for naval blueprinting.

Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi will scrutinize with operational commanders and senior brass countermeasures to prevailing geostrategic exigencies' multifaceted threats. Deliberations shall spotlight critical security facets alongside paramount operational triumphs, blue-water prowess amplification, training regimens, human resource stewardship, sustainable maintenance praxis, efficacious unmanned systems deployment, operational logistics, and ancillary modalities for platform combat readiness.

The agenda encompasses Navy's Artificial Intelligence roadmap execution and data-driven technologies for seamless operations. Scrutiny of preparedness adheres to the Indian Maritime Doctrine's quartet roles: persistent operations, augmented international synergy. It advances governmental vistas of reciprocal, holistic security across domains, alongside indigenization endeavors.
