Dhemaji (Assam), 01 April (HS): BJP candidate Bhuvan Pegu has intensified his election campaign in the Jonai assembly constituency, stepping up outreach efforts ahead of the upcoming polls.

Addressing campaign gatherings, Pegu expressed strong confidence of securing a decisive victory with a significant margin in the constituency. He stated that the response from the public has been overwhelmingly positive, indicating clear support in favour of the BJP.

Reacting to the contest, Pegu questioned whether Congress candidate Raju Medhi would emerge as a significant factor in the election, suggesting that the BJP remains in a strong position in Jonai.

He further added that the party’s development agenda and grassroots connect would play a crucial role in ensuring electoral success in the constituency.-----------
