Bhubaneswar, 04 March (H.S.): Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Leader of the Opposition and BJD president Naveen Patnaik, along with Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, extended their heartfelt greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Holi.

Taking to social media platform X, Governor Kambhampati conveyed his wishes, praying to Lord Jagannath to bless everyone with happiness, peace, and prosperity on the festival of colours.

Chief Minister Majhi described Holi as a symbol of joy, enthusiasm, and brotherhood. In his message, he expressed hope that the vibrant festival would usher in new hope and goodwill in people’s lives. Seeking the blessings of Lord Jagannath for the well-being of every Odia, he also urged citizens to celebrate responsibly by using eco-friendly, natural, and herbal colours that are safe for the environment, and to observe the festival in a peaceful and safe manner.

Leader of the Opposition Naveen Patnaik also greeted the people, wishing that the festival of colours brings happiness and joy to all, and urging everyone to celebrate safely.

Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida conveyed similar messages, praying for the health, happiness, and prosperity of the people of Odisha on the auspicious occasion.
