Guwahati, 29 March (HS): BJP National President Nitin Nabin attended a public listening session of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 132nd episode of radio programme Mann Ki Baat, in Dibrugarh along with party workers.

Navin Said to media after listening that PM reassured citizens that India remains stable and fully prepared to tackle any emerging global challenges, despite ongoing tensions in parts of the world.

Addressing the nation on Sunday, the Prime Minister emphasized that there is no need for panic among citizens, even as geopolitical uncertainties persist. He noted that India’s strong diplomatic ties with countries across regions have helped maintain normalcy. He further informed that more than 20 oil and gas carrier ships have already reached India safely, while several others are en route, ensuring adequate fuel supplies in the country.

Highlighting international outreach, Modi said he has been in touch with several global leaders, including US President Donald Trump and heads of nations such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and France, among others, to monitor the situation and safeguard national interests.

The Prime Minister assured that India has sufficient fuel reserves and that the administration is fully equipped to handle any emergency situation. He also urged citizens to stay away from misinformation and divisive forces.

In addition, Modi touched upon sports achievements, congratulating the Jammu and Kashmir cricket team for winning the Ranji Trophy after a long gap. He also highlighted traditional education systems like Nagaland’s “Morung” model and praised developments under the PM Surya Ghar scheme in Manipur.

According to party President Navin, lakhs of BJP workers across over 25,000 booths in Assam tuned in to the programme collectively.-----------
