27 March (HS): During his stay in Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met
people from various districts and listened to their problems during the Janta
Darshan held at Gorakhnath Temple on Friday morning for the second consecutive
day. During this, on the complaint of intimidation and threats being faced by
people from weaker sections by some powerful people, the Chief Minister bluntly
told the police officers, Hooliganism will not be tolerated; strict
action should be taken against such elements immediately. If any accused is
threatening the plaintiff after being released on bail, action should be taken
to cancel his bail.
Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath listened to the problems of about 200 people during
the Janta Darshan organized outside Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan of
Gorakhnath Temple. Referring everyone's applications to the concerned officials,
he directed for their quick and satisfactory resolution and said that solving
every person's problem is the government's resolve. Officials should ensure
that everyone gets justice without any discrimination. Every eligible person
should get the benefit of public welfare schemes, proper treatment should be
arranged for the needy, strict action should be taken against land mafia and
powerful people who grab land. Along with giving instructions to the officials,
CM Yogi assured the people that the government is committed to solving the
problems of every victim.
Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath told the people who came to Janta Darshan seeking
financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses that no one's
treatment will be stopped due to lack of funds. The government will provide
funds as soon as it receives an estimate from the hospital. The Chief Minister
pampered the children who came to Janta Darshan with their families and gave
them chocolates alomg with blessings.
