New Delhi, 21 March (H.S.):

Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical formulations maker Sai Parenterals Limited announced its ₹408.79 crore IPO will open for subscription on March 24 with investors able to bid until March 27 while anchor investors bid March 23.

Allotment finalizes March 30 with shares credited to demat accounts April 1 ahead of BSE NSE listing April 2. Priced ₹372-392 per share with 38-share lot size retail investors need ₹14896 minimum for one lot up to 13 lots ₹193648 for 494 shares.

Total 1.04 crore shares face value ₹5 include 72.7 lakh fresh issue ₹284.79 crore and 31.58 lakh OFS ₹124 crore. QIBs get 50% retail 35% NII 15% with Arihant Capital Markets as book running lead manager and Bigshare Services registrar.

Financials show steady growth per DRHP filed with SEBI. Net profit rose from ₹4.38 crore FY23 to ₹8.42 crore FY24 ₹14.43 crore FY25 and ₹7.76 crore H1 FY26 (Apr-Sep 2025). Total income climbed from ₹97.03 crore FY23 to ₹155.18 crore FY24 ₹163.74 crore FY25 and ₹89.43 crore H1 FY26.

Debt fluctuated from ₹68.55 crore FY23 to ₹118.79 crore FY24 down to ₹93.95 crore FY25 and ₹76.07 crore H1 FY26. Net worth grew from ₹31.49 crore FY23 to ₹76.40 crore FY24 ₹95.78 crore FY25 and ₹209.37 crore H1 FY26 while reserves surplus rose from ₹24.34 crore FY23 to ₹61.30 crore FY24 ₹80.36 crore FY25 and ₹188.84 crore H1 FY26. EBITDA jumped from ₹17.64 crore FY23 to ₹31.70 crore FY24 ₹39.44 crore FY25 and ₹16.24 crore H1 FY26.
