New Delhi, 16 March (H.S.): Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will inaugurate the Department of Posts' innovative '24 Speed Post' service tomorrow, March 17, promising guaranteed next-day delivery for urgent parcels across six metropolitan hubs.

The Ministry announced that this time-bound offering ensures D+1 dispatch-to-delivery for critical consignments, initially rolling out in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

Minister of State Chandrashekar Pemmasani will join the launch event here.Complementing '24' and '48 Speed Post' variants (D+1 and D+2 timelines respectively), the service leverages dedicated processing windows and prioritized air transmission.

Features encompass OTP-secured delivery, end-to-end tracking with SMS alerts, Buy Now Pay Later for businesses, free bulk pickups, API integration, centralized billing, and a money-back guarantee for delays.
