Bhubaneswar, 10 March (H.S.): The 5th Kumar Krushnachandra Ray Memorial Lecture will be organised on March 11 at Jayadev Bhawan in honor of the esteemed social worker, the late Kumar Krushnachandra Ray.

This lecture series is a collaborative effort between the Vidyarthi Trust for Development and the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). The event will feature former Orissa High Court judge Justice Devapriya Choudhury and senior journalist and former Rajya Sabha MP Swapan Dasgupta, who will deliver lectures on the topic Nationalism in New India.

Kumar Krushnachandra Ray, after completing his higher education, devoted his life to social and national service as a Pracharak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He made significant contributions to the character building and development of students and youth through the activities of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad in Odisha.

To honor his legacy and maintain the tradition of remembrance, this memorial lecture series has been held annually for the past five years.
