International bourses presented equivocal signals on Tuesday, with U.S. markets shuttered for George Washington's birthday, Dow Jones futures evincing declension at 49,347.24—down 153.69 points or 0.31%—amid European indices' bifurcated closure and Asia's variegated gyrations.
Continental Europe concluded Monday's session ambivalently: FTSE index ascended 0.26% to 10,473.69, CAC fortified 0.06% at 8,316.50, whilst DAX capitulated 0.46% or 113.97 points to 24,800.91.Asian precincts recapitulated eclecticism: nine exchanges witnessed three declinants, two ascendants, Taiwan Weighted, Kospi, Shanghai Composite, and Jakarta Composite dormant for observances.
