Lucknow,

14 Feb (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given strict instructions to

officials that if a false report is filed during the investigation of any case,

an FIR should be filed against the person involved. Every case must be resolved

only after a fair investigation. Negligence or laxity in any case will be

unforgivable.

Chief

Minister Yogi gave these instructions to the administration and police officers

while listening to the problems of the people during the public darshan at

Gorakhnath temple on Saturday morning. In the public darshan organized outside

Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan of the temple premises, Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath met about 150 people and listened to their problems. He assured

everyone that there is no need to panic. He will get every problem resolved

effectively. He instructed the administration and police officers on the spot

to resolve the problems of the people in a timely, fair and quality manner.

Some

such cases also came up in Janta Darshan, in which it was complained that a

wrong report has been filed in the case. On this, the Chief Minister told the

officials to find out and file an FIR against the person who filed the wrong

report. He said that there should be no laxity or negligence in helping the

victims. If there is any kind of delay in solving the problems of the public,

action will definitely be taken against the concerned person. If there is any

problem in solving the issue concerning any victim, then it should be found out

and resolved and if the case is deliberately kept pending at any level, then

strict action should be taken against the concerned person. He directed to take

strict legal action on the complaints of land grabbing.

This

time too, some people came to Janta Darshan requesting financial assistance for

treatment. Yogi instructed officials to complete the hospital estimate process

as soon as possible and make it available to the government. Adequate

assistance for treatment will be provided from the Chief Minister's

Discretionary Fund. CM Yogi showered his affection on the children who came to

Janta Darshan with their families. The Chief Minister pampered the children,

gave them chocolates, and encouraged them to study hard.

Chief

Minister Yogi Adityanath's routine during his visit to the Gorakhnath Temple on

Saturday morning was traditional. After offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath and

bowing before the statue of his guru, the late Mahant Avedyanath, he set out on

a tour of the temple complex. He visited the temple's cowshed and performed cow

service. He personally fed jaggery to the cows and animals.
