New Delhi, 10 February (H.S.): On Tuesday, international bourses radiated bullish cues, with American and European indices extending gains from prior sessions while Asian counterparts predominantly surged, fostering optimism ahead of Indian market open.

Wall Street concluded higher for the second consecutive day: S&P 500 ascended 0.47% to 6,964.81; Nasdaq rocketed 224.18 points—or 0.97%—to 23,255.39; Dow Jones futures traded 0.08% firmer at 50,173.76.

European benchmarks rallied persistently: FTSE closed 0.16% higher at 10,386.23; CAC vaulted 0.59% to 8,323.28; DAX soared 293.41 points—or 1.17%—to 25,014.87.

Of nine Asian markets, seven indices advanced: Gift Nifty climbed 121.50 points—or 0.47%—to 26,011.50; Hang Seng gained 142.84 points—or 0.53%—to 27,170; Nikkei exploded 1,358.06 points—or 2.41%—to 57,722 for its second day of vigor; Taiwan Weighted surged 500.71 points—or 1.55%—to 32,905.33; Jakarta Composite rose 96.44 points—or 1.20%—to 8,128.31; SET Composite added 0.61% to 1,409.37; Kospi edged 0.17% higher to 5,307.28. Straits Times slipped 0.12% to 4,954.82; Shanghai Composite dipped marginally 0.02% to 4,122.34.
