
New Delhi, 05 January (H.S.): The domestic bullion market recorded a mild correction today, with both gold and silver prices witnessing a marginal decline across major markets. Most jewelry hubs saw 24-carat gold trading between ₹1,35,810 and ₹1,35,960 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced between ₹1,24,490 and ₹1,24,640 per 10 grams.
Silver prices also slipped slightly, with the metal trading at ₹2,40,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market. In Delhi, 24-carat gold was quoted at ₹1,35,960 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at ₹1,24,640 per 10 grams. Mumbai saw 24-carat gold at ₹1,35,810 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,24,490 per 10 grams.
Ahmedabad’s retail prices were ₹1,35,860 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and ₹1,24,540 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold.Chennai, Kolkata, and Bhopal reported similar rates, with 24-carat gold at ₹1,35,810 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,24,490 per 10 grams.
In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,35,860 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold traded at ₹1,24,540 per 10 grams. Lucknow, Patna, and Jaipur saw 24-carat gold at ₹1,35,960 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,24,640 per 10 grams.
Markets in Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha also experienced a minor dip in gold prices. In Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold was quoted at ₹1,35,810 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold traded at ₹1,24,490 per 10 grams.
The overall trend suggests a period of consolidation in bullion markets, with prices remaining range-bound amid subdued demand.
