Dehradun, January 31 (HS): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Saturday said that the Union Budget 2026, to be presented on Sunday, will strengthen the interests of the common people.

Speaking to the media in Dehradun, Dhami said that every Union Budget comes with expectations. He expressed confidence that the Union Budget 2026 would give fresh momentum to development, investment and the economy of the country as well as the states.

He said the budget would prove beneficial for all sections of society.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is scheduled to present the Union Budget 2026 on Sunday, February 1. People from all walks of life, including the business community, are closely watching the budget.
