Bhubaneswar, 02 January (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed deep grief over the death of Shreyansh Dey, who was killed in a road accident at Balgandi Chhak in Puri district on Friday.

In a post on social media platform X, the Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the peace of the departed soul. Describing the incident as extremely painful, he extended his sympathies to the family members in this moment of profound loss.

As a mark of support, Chief Minister Majhi announced an ex-gratia assistance of ₹4 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to the nearest kin of the deceased.
