New Delhi, May 7 (H.S.): After military action against Pakistani terrorist bases, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar engaged with various world leaders to clarify India's stance on terrorism. His discussions aimed to communicate India's decisive action and enhance international collaboration against terrorism. He briefed Qatar's leaders on India's balanced military response and underscored the importance of preventing cross-border terrorism.
In talks with Japan's Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya, Dr. Jaishankar expressed appreciation for Japan's condemnation of the April 22 terrorist attack and shared details on India's swift response.
Additionally, he conversed with French and German foreign ministers about their support post-Pahalgam attack, reaffirming a zero tolerance approach toward terrorism, and highlighted India's strong military response in discussions with Spain's Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares.
