New Delhi, April 24 (HS): On Thursday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized a vigorous protest outside the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi, condemning a recent terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir that resulted in 26 civilian fatalities.

The demonstration aimed to criticize Pakistan's alleged involvement in cross-border terrorism and urged the international community to take swift action. Senior BJP leaders, accompanied by numerous party workers, gathered in the high-security Chanakyapuri area, holding placards and chanting against Pakistan.

Emotions ran high as protesters expressed their outrage over the recurring loss of innocent lives linked to terrorism originating from across the border. The BJP accused Pakistan of harboring terrorist organizations targeting India and emphasized the need for decisive action to bolster national security.

Enhanced police presence ensured the protest remained peaceful yet fervent, with assurances from leaders to persist in their agitation until tangible measures against terrorism are taken.

The protest culminated with a memorandum delivered to the Pakistan High Commission, demanding an end to support for terrorism and warning of intensified political pressure if violence continues.
