Varanasi,
19 April (HS): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, on the
last day of his two-day Varanasi tour, on Saturday, duly visited and worshipped
at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Baba Kalbhairav Temple and received
blessings. He offered water to the holy Jyotirlinga of Baba Visheshwar and
prayed for the happiness, prosperity and peace of the entire country and state.
After offering water at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the Deputy Chief Minister
wrote on his social media account 'X' that this morning, I had the great
fortune of visiting, worshipping and offering water to the holy Jyotirlinga of
Devadhidev Mahadev, Lord Shiva at Baba Vishwanath Dham in 'Aadi-Anadi' Kashi.
He prayed to Baba Vishwanath ji for the welfare, happiness, prosperity and
peace of the entire country and state. On Saturday itself, Deputy Chief
Minister Maurya reached the residence of BJP Metropolitan President Pradeep
Agrahari and also met his family members and old party officials. During this,
BJP officials and workers were also present with him.
Earlier
on Friday, he inaugurated a hotel of a BJP leader in Babatpur. Here he
addressed the BJP leaders and workers present. After this, he reached the Circuit
House and interacted with the party leaders. He also talked to the journalists.
During the conversation with the journalists, Maurya appeared in his old style
and fiercely attacked Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav. He said that
Akhilesh Yadav behaves like two boys fighting at the crossroads. He behaves in
a way from the public platform, which does not suit him. He has inherited
politics. Everyone is seeing the values he has got.
Keshav
Prasad Maurya said that Akhilesh is dreaming of becoming the ruler in 2027,
which will not be fulfilled. Nothing is going to happen till 2047. He also
knows this, which is why he remains nervous. The Deputy Chief Minister said
sarcastically that Akhilesh Yadav does not even know that he has been a former
Chief Minister. He is the son of late Mulayam Singh Yadav, who was the Chief
Minister of Uttar Pradesh, is also an MP and the National President of his
party. On the question related to the formation of Yadav Sena after Karni Sena,
Maurya said that the statement given by the SP MP in the House on Rana Sanga
was wrong. The statement should be withdrawn. If Karni Sena or any army tries
to create any controversy, then the law will do its job.
