Ahmedabad, 5 February (HS): Before the marriage of Jeet Adani, the younger son of Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani, the Adani family has announced 'Mangal Seva', under which assistance will be provided to newly married disabled women. Under this, financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh will be given to 500 disabled women every year. Just two days before his marriage, Jeet Adani met 21 disabled newlyweds at his home and started this initiative.
Jeet Adani is going to marry Diva Shah on 7 February 2025 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before his son's marriage, Gautam Adani expressed his happiness on his social work thinking of Service is Sadhna, Service is Prayer and Service is God on his social media account X. In his post, he told that his son Jeet and daughter-in-law Diva are going to start their journey with a pious resolution. For this, he has pledged to provide financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to 500 newly married Divyang women every year through 'Mangal Seva'.
He further said that this holy initiative will fill the lives of many Divyang daughters and their families with respect and happiness. He blessed Jeet and Diva to continue moving forward on the path of service.
Currently Jeet Adani is the director of Adani Airport Holdings, which is India's largest airport infrastructure company and is managing and developing 8 airports. Apart from this, he is also handling the responsibility of Defense, Petrochemicals and Copper Business of Adani Group. He is also leading the digital transformation of the group. Inspired by his mother Dr. Preeti Adani, who thought of transforming the Adani Foundation from a small rural project to a global social change organization, son Jeet Adani is also deeply interested in social service. In particular, he wants to work to help the disabled.
