Nagpur, 4 February (H.S.) :Mumbai, India’s star

bowler Jasprit Bumrah is not likely to be seen in action during the first two

ODIs against England. Although included in the Indian squad, he is not fully

recovered from the back injury which he suffered during the last test match

against Australia.

Harshit Rana is

expected to get the opportunity in the absence of Bumrah. Rana has shown his

bowling prowess during the T20 matches against England. BCCI had announced

teams for the ODIs against England and the Champions Trophy. Rana was included

as backup for Bumrah in the squad.

Bumrah is being

treated at the National Cricket Academy’s Rehabilitation Centre. He will be

able to play only after the Academy certifies his fitness.
