Chennai, 24 February (H.S.) : The Madras High Court has granted permission to Isha Yoga to hold Maha Shivaratri festivities on 26th and 27th February at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

The court's decision came after a petition was filed by the Isha Yoga Foundation, seeking permission to hold the event, which is expected to attract thousands of devotees.

The court, while granting permission, also imposed certain conditions to ensure that the event is held in a peaceful and orderly manner.

The Maha Shivaratri festivities, which will be held on February 26-27, will include meditation, yoga, and cultural programs. The event is expected to attract devotees from all over the world.

Isha Yoga founder, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, has expressed his gratitude to the court for granting permission to hold the event.
