Lumding (Assam), 2 July (HS): Lumding Railway Police and CIB have once again taken strict action against drug smuggling in Indian Railways. During the drive conducted in 13174 Down Kanchenjunga Express, the police arrested Pramod Kumar, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, with 6 kgs of marijuana.

Further action is being taken after interrogating the arrested accused. This action of the Railway Protection Force is giving momentum to the drive against drugs.
