28 Dec (HS): Rotary Premier League (RPL) - Season 3 was successfully launched

at the Government Press Ground in Prayagraj under the attentive hospitality of

the Rotary Club of Allahabad East. The opening day saw excitement, competitive

cricket, and strong camaraderie among Rotarians. A total of 12 Rotary clubs are

participating in this prestigious inter-club cricket tournament: RC Allahabad,

RC Academia, RC North, RC South, RC East, RC Prayagraj, RC Platinum, RC

Midtown, RC Sangam, RC Grand, RC Royals, and RC Elite. The event was

inaugurated by the Chief Guest, District Governor Elect (DGE), Rotarian Poonam

Gulati. She encouraged Rotarians to promote unity, leadership, and a healthy

lifestyle through sports and commended the host club for organizing this lively

and well-organized event.

wickets RC North: 73/5 in 10 overs, RC East Academia: 75/1 in 7.1 overs 2nd

Match: RC Sangam vs RC Elite South Result: RC Sangam won by 9 wickets RC Elite

South: 41/8 in 8 overs, RC Sangam: 42/1 in 4.1 overs. 3rd Match: RC Platinum vs

RC Allahabad Result: RC Platinum won by 10 wickets RC Allahabad: 38/4 in 8

overs RC Platinum: 39/1 in 4 overs All the matches were played in the spirit of

the game and the participating teams displayed excellent performances.

The

vote of thanks was presented by Rotarian Vaibhav Pahariya, appreciating the

collective efforts of everyone behind the successful inauguration. The

ceremonial flag march was proudly led by Rotarian Neogi Dada, adding dignity

and enthusiasm to the event. The program was smoothly and confidently conducted

by Rotarian Shruti Sharma, who kept the audience engaged throughout. Heartfelt

appreciation goes to Host Club President Rotarian Anulika Pahariya for her

leadership and vision, and Host Club Secretary Rotarian Raj Yadav (Naviraj) for

effective coordination and excellent execution.

All

arrangements and logistics were expertly managed by Rotarian Ajay Sharma,

ensuring a smooth and seamless event. Media coordination and coverage was

successfully handled by Rotarian Anoop Srivastava, resulting in extensive

publicity across print and digital platforms. The Rotary Club of Allahabad East

expresses its heartfelt gratitude to all participating clubs, players,
