Delhi, 26 December (H.S.): A Delhi court on Friday granted bail to six protesters who were arrested in connection with an agitation at Kartavya Path, during which slogans were allegedly raised in support of a slain Maoist commander.

Additional Sessions Judge Amit Bansal granted bail to Ilakkiya, Ayisha Wafiya, Ravjot Kaur, Gurkirat Kaur, Abhinash Satyapathi and Kranti.

The accused had been taken into custody following the protest, police officials said.
