In her post, Mamata Banerjee described Ramanujan as a genius who redefined the boundaries of mathematics. She said that Srinivasa Ramanujan's contributions continue to inspire mathematicians and researchers around the world today.

The Chief Minister remembered him on his birthday and paid homage to his unparalleled work and legacy.
