Srinagar, 22 October (H.S.): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sanctioned three days of special casual leave (SCL)—on October 22, 23, and 24, 2025—for PM Package, migrant, and Jammu-based employees serving in various departments across the Kashmir Valley, enabling them to celebrate Diwali with their families in Jammu.
