Guwahati, 04 January (HS): Guwahati's new Police Commissioner Dr. Partha Sarathi Mahanta has launched a dedicated WhatsApp helpline number 60269 00651 to address public grievances. This helpline will be available 24x7, where citizens can convey their problems, complaints and demands for assistance directly to the city police through written messages.
