Jorhat (Assam), 28 June (HS). Two people drowning with boat in Brahmaputra river in Jorhat were saved today. Assam Police said through social media that Fire and Emergency Services Assam and State Disaster Management Force conducted a heroic rescue operation. In the operation, two people drowning with boat in Brahmaputra river at Nimatighat in Jorhat were rescued. Later SDRF said through social media, We are committed to save lives of people in these difficult times.
