Congress wants to throw India into anarchy, encourages infiltrators: Modi

Dehradun, 02 April (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Congress party wants to take India towards instability and anarchy. The Congress even Bipin Rawat was insulted. Patriotism cannot be expected from such a Congress.

Addressing the Vijay Shankhnad rally organized at Devbhoomi in Rudrapur on Tuesday, the Prime Minister said that the Congress has become so engrossed in appeasement parties that it can never think of the national interest. It is this Congress which promotes infiltrators. When the BJP gives Indian citizenship to those who believe in Maa Bharati through CAA, Congress suffers the most. He said that the people of this region also know that most of the refugees who have come from Pakistan and Bangladesh are Dalit families, Sikh families, and Bengali families, but Congress is opposing giving citizenship to these people.

If Congress had not shown weakness, no one would have had the courage to look at India's borders.

Prime Minister Modi said that the land of Uttarakhand belongs to Guru Nanak Dev, Guru Gobind Singh and the saint Guru Ram Rai. Congress divided the country in such a way that even the birthplace of Guru Nanak was snatched away from us whereas the BJP government has made the lives of the people easier by building the Kartarpur Corridor. If Congress had not shown weakness, no one would have had the courage to look at India's borders. The border villages of the country are the last village for Congress, but the first village for BJP.

Another recent example of how Congress broke Maa Bharati into pieces with its own hands has come before the country. There is an island of Katchatheevu near Tamil Nadu. That island was part of India, but Congress gave it to Sri Lanka. Now if any Indian fisherman accidentally goes near this island, he is arrested.

Prime Minister Modi said that if the Congress government had been in power, the ex-servicemen would not have been able to get One Rank One Pension, but Modi had given a guarantee to the military families and fulfilled it. Today, military families across the country have received more than ₹1 lakh crore of OROP.
