Nagaon (Assam), November (HS): A cyclist killed on the spot in a road accident in Buklung area of Kampur in Nagaon district. Police said on Sunday that cyclist Haibur Islam killed on the spot after being hit by a speeding truck (AS-01AA-1288).

As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police team reached the spot and took the body of the deceased into custody and sent it to the hospital for post-mortem. Police have seized the truck involved in the accident. Police have registered an FIR in this regard and are investigating the matter.
