Nagaon (Assam), 20 November (HS): Police have arrested two notorious drug smugglers in an operation in Nagaon district. Police said through social media on Wednesday that based on reliable information, Inspector Sanjit Rai of Rupahihat police station of Nagaon district launched the drive against the said drug smugglers. During the drive, 12.41 grams of heroin has seized. During this, both the wanted smugglers were also arrested.

An FIR has been registered against both the arrested accused separately in Rupahihat police station and further legal process has been started accordingly.
