Guwahati, 17 November (HS): The Special Task Force (STF) of Assam Police arrested a vicious drug peddler with heroin. According to information given by the STF on Sunday, based on an information, a raid was conducted by the STF at Khanapara in Basistha police station area this morning and a notorious drug peddler was arrested.

In the said raid, 23 vials filled with suspected heroin weighing 30.67 grams and cash worth ₹800 were recovered.

The arrested person has been identified as Rubul Doloi (29). The necessary legal formalities are being completed.
