WASHINGTON, September 30 (RIA Novosti) - The Supreme Court has temporarily authorized US authorities to resume the deportation of migrants to third countries, according to a court ruling reviewed by RIA Novosti on Tuesday.

Last week, US Attorney General Todd Blanche said that the Department of Justice would appeal to the Supreme Court after a federal judge in Massachusetts temporarily barred authorities from sending illegal migrants to countries other than their countries of origin.
