VLADIVOSTOK, Russia, September 2 (RIA Novosti) - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian did not request Moscow's mediation in contacts between Iran and the United States during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Bishkek, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti.

According to a media report, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian have discussed the situation at the Bushehr nuclear power plant (NPP) in Iran at a bilateral meeting in Bishkek, Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev said on Wednesday.
