Kathmandu, 18 August (H.S.):

Indian Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth, who is on an official visit to Nepal, visited the Nepalese Army’s Command and Staff College in Shivapuri on Tuesday and addressed trainee officers undergoing the Command and Staff Course.

During the interaction, General Dhiraj Seth discussed various aspects related to strengthening the staff competence and leadership capabilities of mid-level military officers.

The Command and Staff Course is designed to prepare officers for higher responsibilities while enhancing their decision-making, leadership and staff-management capabilities.

During his interaction with the trainees, General Seth emphasised the importance of enhancing professional competence and remaining prepared to meet emerging challenges.
