Gold and Silver Prices Open Marginally Lower in Domestic Bullion Markets

Domestic bullion markets opened with a mildly weaker trend on Monday, as both gold and silver prices witnessed marginal declines in early trade. Following the dip, 24-carat gold was trading between Rs 146,720 and Rs 149,450 per 10 grams across major bullion markets in the country, while 22-carat gold was priced between Rs 134,490 and Rs 136,990 per 10 grams. Silver also edged lower, with the metal trading at Rs 249,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 146,870 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 134,640 per 10 grams. In the country's financial capital, Mumbai, 24-carat gold was available at Rs 146,720 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 134,490 per 10 grams. In Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 146,770 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 134,540 per 10 grams.

Among other major cities, Chennai recorded the highest gold prices, with 24-carat gold trading at Rs 149,450 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 136,990 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was selling at Rs 146,720 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 134,490 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was available at Rs 146,770 per 10 grams, with 22-carat gold trading at Rs 134,540 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 146,870 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 134,640 per 10 grams. Patna recorded prices of Rs 146,770 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and Rs 134,540 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold. In Lucknow, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 146,870 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was available at Rs 134,640 per 10 grams.

Similar marginal declines in gold prices were also reported in the bullion markets of Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha. In the capital cities of Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs 146,720 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 134,490 per 10 grams.
