Kamrup (Assam), 05 July (HS): The District Census Officer, Kamrup, Bikram Chetri, on Saturday reviewed preparations for the forthcoming Census during field visits to the Rangia and Kamalpur Revenue Circles along with officials from the Census Directorate.

The team assessed village-wise Enumeration Block data preparation, the creation of a database of enumerators and supervisors and the training plan. Officials also provided handholding support on updating data in the CMMS portal. During the Rangia visit, Co-District Commissioner Nabajit Pathak joined the review and assessed the overall preparedness of the Revenue Circle.----------
