MOSCOW, July 3 (HS/RIA Novosti) - The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) expects to gain access to Iranian nuclear facilities in the coming weeks, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi told RIA Novosti.

I hope that this will happen within a few weeks, not much more than that, because don't forget that this MOU, Memorandum of Understanding, that they signed, talks about 60 days to come to an agreement, a comprehensive agreement. Of course, there's more than the nuclear in this, Grossi said.

He also recalled that the document addresses freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz and issues of territorial integrity related to the ceasefire.

I mean, there's a number of things, all of them quite difficult ones. But they have given themselves these two months. But the clock is ticking, so it's already a bit less. So, I hope that if there is a final agreement within this timeframe, there will be a possibility to start the real work, which would, of course, include access to these places, Grossi added.
