UNITED NATIONS, July 27 (HS/RIA Novosti) - Russia will not settle for an agreement on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine that disregards Russian interests, Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Anna Evstigneeva said on Monday.

Russia has not changed its plans and will continue to respond to the hostilities unleashed by the Kiev regime with the support of the West against southeastern Ukraine and against Russia, Evstigneeva said at a UN Security Council session on Ukraine. We will not agree to any pseudo-agreements that do not take into account Russia's national interests, and realistic proposals are still not visible.

Russia will continue to pursue the objectives outlined by its special military operation in Ukraine, she added.
